WHY IS THIS GOOD FOR POSTURE?  
  The stackable ergoblocs allow the user to raise their monitor to the correct height. When positioned correctly the monitor should be at a height that allows the user to relax the head/neck into a neutral posture without raising or lowering the chin, or raising the eyes too much. At the wrong height this can cause discomfort and pain in the neck/shoulder areas.
