WHY IS THIS GOOD FOR POSTURE?  
 

The Ergonote has six levels of height adjustment, raising the screen to a comfortable viewing level, therefore improving posture.

Allows notebook users in offices to adjust their LCD-screen to appropriate heights while keying with a separate keyboard/mouse

When using laptop holders it is important to use a separate mini keyboard and mouse to prevent poor posture. See Input Devices for a choice of keyboards and mice.
