We will require the following information:
Delivery address and contact phone number
Purchase order number, if used.
Invoice address and contact phone number
The make, model and colour you would like your
chair and any special requirements you may have.
Once we have discussed your requirements and you are ready to place
your order, we will advise you of expected delivery time. We are able
to set-up chairs on site in most locations in England. For chairs
that do not require end-user set-up on site we can supply to the whole
of the UK.
Expected delivery
times are dependent on the chair model and fabric you choose.
We fully appreciate the need for quick delivery of posture chairs
when the intended user is suffering from pain. We will do everything
we can to ensure delivery is speedy and efficient. Most of the popular
models are available in only one week.
We aim to deliver between 1 and 6 weeks on every model. For information
of specific models, please see product pages.
Prices: All prices shown are RRP valid
until the end of December 2008. Some prices may be subject to discounts
for corporate or government funded enquiries. Bulk orders will be
subject to a discount dependent on quantity. Prices may be subject
to change at short notice.
Delivery Charges:
Chairs: £10.80 + vat per chair (Except Bodybilt @ £35
vat/chair and Opera 20/60 @ £25 + vat/chair). Discount available
for bulk orders.
Accessories: Small orders that can be sent by Royal Mail will be charged
at £6.50 + vat. This would include such items as keyboards,
mice, small lumbar rolls and wrist rests. Larger items shipped via
TNT will be charged at £10.80 + vat. This would include items
such as the Flexdesk, Posturite Board, U-Desk, larger backrests etc.
We will be updating the website so that each item indicates Large
or Small delivery charge. Accessories orders totalling above £500
inc vat will be delivered free of charge.
